Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FirmLink AI platform, APIs, console and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by FIRMLINK TECHNOLOGY - FZCO ("FirmLink", "we", "us"), a company registered at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to the Service is invite-based. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity occurring under them. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for other users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, distribute or facilitate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing; to attempt to probe, disrupt or overload the Service or its providers; to resell access without a written reseller agreement; or to violate the acceptable-use policies of any underlying model provider. Provider terms apply in addition to these Terms.

4. Billing

The Service is billed pay-as-you-go against a prepaid credit balance. Usage is metered per token at the per-model rates published on the Pricing page. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law, and do not expire. Promotional credits expire 12 months after issuance. We may change pricing with 14 days' notice; changes apply only to usage after the effective date.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your prompts and, to the extent permitted by applicable provider terms, to the outputs generated for you. Models remain the property of their respective providers. The Service, brand and documentation are the property of FirmLink.

6. Service Levels and Liability

We target 99.95% monthly availability for the API gateway. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirmLink's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for the content of model outputs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Changes and Contact
