1. Who we are

FIRMLINK TECHNOLOGY - FZCO ("FirmLink"), registered at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, is the data controller for personal data processed through the FirmLink AI platform.

2. What we collect

Account data (name, email, company), billing data (transaction records; card details are processed by our payment processor and never touch our servers), usage metadata (timestamps, model IDs, token counts, cost) and technical logs (IP address, device/browser identifiers) needed for security and abuse prevention.

3. Prompts and completions

Content of your API requests and responses transits our gateway in memory for the duration of the request only. We do not store, log, review or use prompts or completions to train models. Model providers are bound by equivalent zero-retention terms under our agreements with them.

4. How we use data

We use account and usage data to operate and bill the Service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and — with your consent — send product updates. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except processors strictly necessary to run the Service (payment processing, email delivery), under contract.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under UAE law and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Submit requests to privacy@firmlinktech.com; we respond within 30 days. Account deletion is also available self-serve in Console → Settings.

6. Retention and security

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal and audit purposes. API keys are stored hashed. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC-audited facilities.

7. International transfers

Data is processed in the UAE and, for serving, in our EU/US/APAC edge regions. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses where required.
